25 years of industry expertise
In September, we celebrated our 25th anniversary with a two-day, in-person gathering that included workshops, dinners, a boat ride and plenty of team building. We’ve grown from our very first franchise client, Wicks ‘N’ Sticks, to over 500 brands served. Our unique connected brand strategy spanning B2B, B2C and B2E combined with our signature FranFocused™ + BrandFocused approach has made us an industry leader. 2024 by the numbers

- Achieved an agency-wide CPL of only $75.1 Hot Dish clients, on average, see a CPL that is 72% lower than the industry average of $270.2

- Developed a connected strategy that included creative, messaging, targeting and media to increase awareness and booked appointments for Any Lab Test Now. This approach drove a 48% increase to the site we launched in 2023, contributing to a remarkable 515% increase in online bookings this year.
